At first hearing about this, I was repulsed. I shouted about how he was going to make my favorite movie into a freak show. After looking at some pictures, reading up on it, and carefully considering the results of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, I have completely changed my opinion. It is going to be a different version of the movie, just like Charlie was, so it isn’t really a re-make. There isn’t much to say except that I greatly look forward to this movie and think that Alan Rickman is a hilariously awesome choice for the caterpillar. I won’t be able to see this movie in theatres, as it comes out March 5th and I will probably have a newborn baby to take care of at that time but I certainly plan to obtain a bootleg version of this because I will not be able to wait!
